All orders within Pakistan are routed through PostEx, Call Courier and many others courier services. All our domestic clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS Customer Service to confirm the order. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically cancelled after 3 days (only applicable to purchases made through Cash on Delivery method). Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days.
We offer free delivery on orders above Rs.5000/- within Pakistan
Exchange Policy:
Our returns and replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
Actual product color may vary slightly from the image shown.
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.
The original invoice is required for exchange.
Products sent for exchange (if applicable) must be properly packed by the sender to prevent any damage or loss during transit; items received in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
Ameer-e-Khanam has the right, at its the sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.
Upon the acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.
We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
